  One way to do it is sign up with Fileden, upload mp3s there, get their URLs and use them as shown here:

  Have you bought the space upgrade? You cannot upload music (mp3) files unless you purchase the space upgrade. However, you can use other storage services to upload your music and then link the MP3 here at your blog. Do a search for “Audio” on Support page.
