    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here is a few hours old, owns no sites with us, have never bought anything from us, and we don’t have a credit card on file for this account which we could have charged.

    We also don’t sell any upgrade with a recurring payment of $79.

    What exactly does it say on your credit card statement? Does it say “WORDPRESS”, followed by a unique code? If so, please do not post that code here, but use the contact form at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to contact our billing support team directly.

    If it does not say “WORDPRESS” on your statement, the charge is not from us.
