I never got the cancellation email to refund

  Hi,

  I did a upgrade in my wordpress, but i cancelled it and requested the refund. It never happened and I never got the cancellation email. Please, I created a topic about it last week, but but nobody solved my problem. My username is Fellacc, I payed by Credit Card.
