To get refunded for something I didn’t order I’m disabled and have been out of business for many years and I don’t even recognize these domain names please explain why you think you can charge my account?

Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
