    I never receive an email from WordPress. Why?

    Hi there,
    Sometimes a WordPress.COM glitch prevents you from receiving the confirmation email. So, I am tagging this thread for staff attention. Please be patient, someone from the staff will be here to assist you soon.

    Meanwhile you can do these:
    1. Check the spam folder of your inbox.
    2. If you are using gmail please check the Updates, Social and the Promotions tab as well.
    3. Make sure you have typed in the correct email address.

    HI there,

    Our emails to your address appear to be bouncing back. Can you please check the address appearing in your account settings and make sure it doesn’t contain any typos?

    If the problem is not with the address, it might be a problem at your email provider. Please contact them to find out why our emails are not coming through.
