I never received my full refund

  I was supposed to receive a refund in July for over $200. I was told I would receive it and never did. Now my accounting is messed up and need a solution asap

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the two refunds (one for the Busines plan and one for the Personal plan) on August 27. You can see a receipt for those refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  It may take longer for those refunds to appear in your bank statement if you are with a non-US bank. You can follow up with your bank directly on this by providing them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipts as a reference.
