I never received my refund

I never received my refund. I received this email on Feb. 6th, it’s now the 18th and I’ve gotten no refund. I think it’s past due.

A refund for the Zuki theme was processed here:
It looks like that refund was processed back to a MasterCard. Can you double check just to make sure you didn’t receive the refund?
Also, it looks like you still have a Premium bundle on your account ($99). Did you want a refund for that purchase as well?

It wasn’t there this morning, but I just checked and it is there.
And no – I want the Premium to stay, for now.
I’m not very good technologically… but I am working on it.
