I never set up an authenticator, and now wordpress is asking for a code

Hey! This is a request about my other account, [REDACTED]. I emailed help@wordpress.com but they’re going to take 24 hours to get back to me. I pay for multiple wordpress accounts from that email ([REDACTED]) and I am currently locked out of all of them. I am being asked for a code from my authenticator app when I never set one up. WordPress needs to help me ASAP.

I am very upset by this because I am a paying customer and it has been very challenging to contact support when I can’t login, leading me to login from this account, [REDACTED], to ask about my other account, [REDACTED]. Please reply to me as quickly as possible.

To reiterate, I pay for multiple WordPress accounts (I have done so for over a decade) and I should be viewed as a priority customer because of this. It would be possible for me to move all my websites to other platforms in perpetuity, and to instruct all the universities, companies, and institutions I work with to do so as well.
