I no longer get notifications from wordpress FORM forms

    Hello,

    for 2 weeks now my contact form on my site no longer works, it doesn’t send any notification emails to my email address, I’ve tried changing the address but it doesn’t work, I’ve installed an extension to see if the emails are going out (and they are) but I can’t receive the notifications.

    Do you have any ideas?

    I don’t know what the difference is between wordpress.org, I can only tell you that I use a host that hosts me on WordPress, I made my site on it.

    So the site you have there is what is called a “self-hosted WordPress” site. This also means your site is not hosted here with us at WordPress.com, however, I have some information below that will help.

    The link you shared with us to your form shows that a plugin called “Kadence” is creating and presenting that form. Kadence is a third party plugin whose support can be found here: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/

    It’s always important to seek support directly from the creators of themes and plugins and the documentation they provide because they are the best experts of their products. If something is not working correctly, letting them know will help not only yourself but others in a similar situation as well. Try starting with them first.
