I can’t fix my titan email account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) with out logging in to my WordPress account and I can’t do that with out my titan account, I need help recovering my account

My bank statement has 3 transactions, however they have no transaction ids so the recover form does not work

I see the predicament you’re in, but thankfully there is a resolve available.
The first thing you would need to do is to locate a transaction ID as per these steps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
It should resemble something like this:

Are you able to confirm if you’re able to locate this? If yes, please do not post the transaction ID onto the forums – we just need a confirmation at this stage.

I get this error message when I try to submit the form
The receipt does not appear to be valid.
I Tryed all of my transaction IDs off my bank statement
