I no longer have access to the information needed for account recovery

The WordPress app on android no longer opens on my phone. It instantly crashes and has been doing so for days. I reinstalled it in the hopes of getting it to work, but it still crashes. This means I lost access to my authenticator and I changed my phone number over a year ago. I need the authenticator to update my phone number but obviously can’t do that.
The only transaction I have through WordPress to use for account recovery is for Premium I purchased over four years ago to get access to ad revenue. I can’t remember what method I used to purchase something that long ago and I have no emails from four years ago either.
The website is https://rhextranslations.wordpress.com/ though I moved to a WordPress.org site at the beginning of 2018. The username for that site is Rhexr.

Hi @rhexar – I was checking out our documentation on the app for Android here: https://apps.wordpress.com/support/#faq-android
Reinstalling was a great idea. That it didn’t work has me wondering about the version of Android on your phone.
I see in the documentation: “The app will work on all phones running Android version 5.0 (Lollypop) or higher.”
Which version are you running?
