Hello, kokkieh,
I am actually logged into my account with siriarah (siriarah.wordpress.com) on my Dell laptop, but I can not log in to another computer because I need the SMS message, but the cell phone number has changed in my state (has been added a number 9 in front of the other numbers). Sample: +55 XX 9 XXXX-XXXX

I see our system shows you printed out the backup codes when you first set up two-step authentication. Do you still have those?
Please go to this page on the computer where you’re logged in:
https://wordpress.com/me/security/two-step/
If you don’t have your backup codes any more, click the Generate New Backup Codes button to generate a new set of code.
Then click Disable two-step authentication. When you’re asked for a code, use one of the backup codes.
Once it’s disabled, you can then re-enable it and update your phone number.
From personal experience I can also tell you that an authenticator app like Authy or Google Authenticator works very well to prevent this issue. An app like that can still give you codes if your number changes, or even if you don’t have any signal at all.

Hello kokkieh,
I searched for my backup codes, but I didn’t find them. I changed my password, but when I try to log in I receive a solicitation for SMS code, but my phone number has changed. So, I didn’t receive the SMS.
(I’ve created this user to post here, because a lost my access with siriarah)

You really shouldn’t have changed the password until we got the 2FA sorted out :)
I’ve sent an email to your siriarah username’s email account. Please reply there so I can help you regain access to the account.

Hi kokkiek,
I opened a ticket in Account Recovery. Now it’s working. Now I can access my account :).
Thanks for your help and attention. Thank you.
