  I haven’t received anything. Today I found a spot where I could renew annually premium or $13 to renew. The renewal for $13 is the one I’ve always done but even when I x’d out the premium one it wouldn’t let me just renew the $13 one. Can you help me? I don’t know where to find the answer from you from wordpress.com so please just use my email address. (email visible only to moderators and staff) Thanks!

  I haven’t received anything.

  I contacted the email address on your account which is different to the one you provided in your last reply. You can see which address I used, on your Account Settings page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  If you go to your Manage Purchases page, you should see the option to renew the upgrade:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
