I own a few domains and want to take them all down but can’t login
-
I recently changed a few of the login details for some sites for dental practices I own such as sevendental.co.uk but I can’t login to any of them now. I have all the old passwords but I can’t login to any of them. As well as this, I tried to reset the sevendental.co.uk site, but broke it and now I can’t get into the wordpress dashboard at all! Please can help me if you can.

I read somewhere to delete the wp-content folder, which removed all the pages which is what I wanted, but for some reason I couldn’t add plugins to upload my own php files, so I carried on trying to reset the site but broke it and now I can’t even login to wp admin.

I still have the email confirmation from when I changed the password but clicking them redirects me to sd.co.uk and it says this page can’t be reached.

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
You can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
For more help with this, please post in https://wordpress.org/support/forums or contact your hosting provider instead.
