Hi, Mark!
That’s a great question! Thankfully, WordPress makes this process straightforward so we can launch your rocket in no time!
If you navigate to https://wordpress.com/domains/add, you can select your fitness blog. Then, next to “Already own a domain?,” you can click that ‘Map it’ button. Enter the domain name you purchased from GoDaddy, click ‘Add’, and you’ll be on to enter your payment information. If you need any more help, you should look through this detailed post: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
Hope that helps!

You say enter the domain name I purchased….
Should I enter markhiltonfitness.com, or blog.markhiltonfitness.com?
http://www.markhiltonfitness.com is my main page of my website.

You enter the domain name that should point to your WordPress blog. It sounds like you probably want markhiltonfitness.com (your domain) to stay the way it is, but have blog.markhiltonfitness.com (a subdomain) point to your WordPress site.
In this case, you’ll want to refer to the following guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-subdomain/. The process is a little more complex, because you have to do some setup of the subdomain with your Domain Registrar (In this case, GoDaddy).
