I own a wordpress site, but I don’t remember how to log in
-
I created a website through Wix 10 years ago for a kickstarter that I ran (TheBeautyOfMan.com). I took down the website after the kickstarter was unsuccessful, but I have continued paying for the domain name through godaddy all this time. Now I want to build a new wordpress website for this domain, but when I try to do so, it says ‘This domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site.’ I have other wordpress sites that I have created since 2013, but TheBeautyOfMan does not show up in my dashboard for these sites. How do I get to my wordpress dashboard for TheBeautyOfMan.com when I have no idea what the login information would be or what email would have been used for it? I did start a website creation process earlier today with godaddy but did not get to the part where wordpress is installed before I stopped, so I don’t think that is the problem.

Hi there,
I see that the connection subscription for https://thebeautyofman.com/ is successfully connected to your WordPress.com site and account. However, the nameservers still point to Go Daddy, not us.To use your domain hosted elsewhere with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to change the domain nameservers at your domain host, and point them over to WordPress.com. Our nameservers are:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
For instructions on updating the nameservers, please visit our support page:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/connect-existing-domain/
Here are the instructions from Go Daddy’s end:https://www.godaddy.com/help/edit-my-domain-nameservers-664
Please review the above and let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
