I own domain, but am not admin on site
-
I am the domain owner via GoDaddy, but someone else set up my WordPress account. How can I figure out who owns my WP account so they can transfer access to me? I tried the contact page on my website, the agency I thought set it up originally, but I have not had any luck. :-)
Again, this is my organization, Senior Security Alliance. I am Nensi Fiorenini. Since I have User access, I have been updating the site independently. However, I need to make some significant changes to the site and realize that I don’t have access. I hope you can tell me who is listed as the “owner” of the site so I can get this transferred to me. I am happy to provide any information you need to verify my identity.
Thanks in advance!

I’m afraid we’re really not the right people to help you with these issues; your site seniorsecurityalliance.org isn’t actually hosted by us at WordPress.com.
Keep in mind, WordPress itself is a piece of software for building websites. WordPress.com is actually just one of many hosting companies which offers that software — but we are also named after it, so this can often cause confusion. Your site may be built using the software, but it has no actual connection to us here at WordPress.com.
For general WordPress usage help, your best bet is to reach out to the community on the WordPress.org support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
If there’s some larger issue with your site’s configuration, please contact your hosting provider. If you’re not sure who your hosting provider is, you can use our Site Profiler tool to look it up: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/seniorsecurityalliance.org
