i own my domain. Why are you asking for $13 dollars?

  I own my own domain and pay at godaddy. I should not have to pay $13.00

  Hi there, what currency are you referring to by $13? Transferring or mapping a domain to WordPress.com requires a paid plan, and there is no plan at that price in USD: https://wordpress.com/pricing
