  As for the domain, you have two options for using it with your WordPress.com site here:

  Mapping allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

  A transfer would allow to manage both your site and domain from the same place: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Thank you for the link to chat support. No one is there.. I want to know since I paid $25 a month business plan why I don’t have new templates to choose from, they are the same as the free version. I guess I’ll transfer the domain as long as I can get help here. I want to start but there is no new templates.

  Chat support is definitely available, I’m not sure why you’re seeing that.

  With a Business Plan, you have access to all of the themes at https://wordpress.com/themes including https://wordpress.com/themes/premium

  You’ll also be able to use third-party themes https://wordpress.com/support/themes/#uploading-a-custom-or-third-party-theme like those from:

  https://wordpress.org/themes/
  https://creativemarket.com/themes/wordpress
  https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress
  and more.
