I paid 100 euros to WordPress and nothing works !! Two days that nothing works, you can not access my dashboard or navigate my private space.
How can I make a claim with WordPress, please?

Do you mean the custom domain? I checked http://rabbitkillerz.co/ just now and it is working for me. Note that it can take some internet providers longer than others to pick up changes in domain settings such as name server changes, that’s why most advice about domains says that it can take up to 72 hours for a domain change to start working.

If you were having trouble with something other than domain mapping, it would help if you could let me know what the next most important things are so there is somewhere to start from.

Thank for your aid, but is not a problem about domain, my website exist since 4 month. Simply, since yesterday, that nothing works, my dashboard is dead ….
I dont find that to contact wordpress for the problem. For me is a very improtant problem.
