i paid 3 years premium but not able to use the service

    Hi there, I paid 3 years premium. But i am not able to design my own website. I was expecting i ca create my own website without extra payment

    I’m sorry to hear that. Can you tell us what happened? Did you see any error messages on your end? I see that the WordPress.com Premium plan was correctly applied to your new WordPress.com site. Unfortunately, you have since canceled the plan and got a refund.
