I paid 59 euros and I cant access my domain

  I paid for a plan 59,04 euro and it was about a month ago with a domain and it was a year plan, but since then I had other important things to do. So I couldnt continue building the website. And I wanted to continue now but I cant acces the website and not even the plan. In my account it shows that I have unpaid membership and so I cant even contact support. So It would be very helpful if you answered me and solved this problem.
