I paid $71.28 for a monthly fee + security. When I published my blog, it ended up on a free page I began 5 years ago. Who do I contact for assistance?

  • WordPress.com never charges a security fee and a monthly fee. All charges at WordPress.com are paid upfront for the year.

Can you confirm the website address you paid for? If you can check your emails and confirm to whom you have paid for the site would also help locate your site.

    In addition to akumarjain comment,

Is the blog marjanrotting.wordpress.com? It appears that you currently have the site set up like a blogroll as opposed to a static front page. Is a more traditional, static website what you were looking for? If you have a subscription you can talk to a Happiness engineer via Live Chat: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  • Hi there,

To add to the previous two replies, there are no upgrades at all on your account with us.

If this is regarding your site, manifestminimalism.com, that site is hosted on Bluehost’s servers, so it’s likely that you paid that fee to them. You’ll need to contact Bluehost support for help with that site and for any billing enquiries regarding your hosting plan with them.
