I paid £9 for domain mapping but want to cancel and refund, is within 30 days

  Hi,

  I paid £9 for domain mapping from http://www.roshnimistry.wordpress.com to http://www.roshnimistry.com and would like to cancel and get a refund. I only did this two weeks ago, so it is within 30 days and I can’t see anywhere where it says you can’t refund domain mapping.

  Well, they can only refund a domain within 48 hours, not 30 days. I expect you can get a refund for the domain mapping though. Have you looked on your My UPgrades page and tried the Refund button?

  Yeah I bought my domain from another provider so I don’t need a refund on that.

  When I go to cancel and refund my domain mapping it says I can’t get a refund because it’s either over 30 days or they can’t find my payment. I only did this 14 days ago so is within the time specified

  I’ve refunded the transaction in question. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
