I’m not getting my reset password emails. How can I contact WordPress to get them to work with me on getting my email fixed. I paid the $99, how do I request a refund if I can’t log in?

I don’t want to cancel our $99 subscription, I just need to make sure that my email is properly set as: (email visible only to moderators and staff) so that I can reset my password.

You can change both your email address and password under settings: https://wordpress.com/#!/settings/
If you can log into these forums, you can log into your WordPress.com, too — are you having trouble doing that?
