I paid a subscription plan for jetpack, but I tought it was a single payment!

    last year I paid 99 euro for jetpack premium, I tought it was a single payment, today I found out that another payment of 99 euro was automatically sent. Problem is I’m not using jetpack since many months, I only used it for a short period of time and now my site is also offline since I abandoned the project.
    I’d like to ask for a refund since I’m not using jetpack, I barely used it in the past, i need to cancel this plan!

    I don’t see a Jetpack connection to the WordPress.com account that you’ve used to contact us from.

    You’ll want to use the right account and reach the Jetpack support team directly and they can help you get the refund sorted and cancelling the plan.
