I paid and my plan is not visualized

Hey everyone, I got a problem. I just paid a premiun plan and I cant see it on my account of wordpress. but if it was deducted from my bank balance.
Who I can contact or how I can fix this ?

Hi there,
The plan hasn’t been added to your account because the card was declined when we tried to charge it. You’ll need to contact your bank to find out why they’re not allowing the card to be charged.
Even if a charge is declined it can sometimes appear on your statement for a little while. But as the charge didn’t go through your bank should remove that from your statement again in a few days. Please also contact them should that not happen.
(P.S., please don’t share information from your bank statement in publicly-accessible screen shots. Even if it’s only a single line, that could include information someone could potentially use to impersonate you. I’ve removed the imgur link you shared above, but I recommend that you also delete the image from imgur itself.)
