I paid and the plan has not changed in wordpress

  I bought the personal level and it continues in the shopping cart and my plabo continues the free plan.
  however the amount was charged to my credit card statement.
  please change to the personal level. thanks

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?

  The domain

  seuspavirtual.com.br

  is not registered with WordPress.com and does not have WordPress.com name servers. You can certainly use the domain here by setting up Domain Mapping. Mapping is included in the WordPress.com Personal Plan.

  I cleared the shopping cart and you can add WordPress.com Personal Plan from here.

  There are not any records of payment associated with this account. Is it possible that you purchased WordPress.com Personal plan on a different user account?
