I paid, but no domain

  I paid to upgrade my domain to http://www.dakinauret.com, but then got an error message saying that the domain was not mapped. But the payment was received, I got a mail confirming payment, but not domain upgrade. What happened? please help, I need my domain ASAP. thanks
