  What is the domain that you bought?

  The account you’re using to post here was only created yesterday, and doesn’t own any sites with us. So if you bought a domain with us, you used a different account to do that, and you’ll need to be logged into that account to manage that site.

  The domain is geneusmaster.tech.

  But each Time i try to login it send me to the other account.
  My user name is gmtech1. This one i pay a plan for 396$ but i cannot login.

  I think Buy mistake i create 2 account

  You are correct about the domain belonging to a different WordPress.com account, and the username on that account.

  Hi, can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
