I paid for a domain but my blog is still visible as a wordpress.com

  I paid $26 to change my wordpress from Xdotorg.wordpress.com to a .org domain. My payment has been taken from my account but the change has not taken place. Can you let me confirm that this has been arranged and when this will take place.

  I would like a refund if this is not the case.
