I paid for a one-year upgrade, but my site is still showing as ‘free’

  Also, my site doesn’t show up in search engines searches, even though I’ve turned Visibility to ‘Public.’

  Hi @amitabasu, I don’t see any upgrades yet on this account, but we can look into that for you. Did you get a confirmation email, or was the card debited on that side?

  Regarding search engines: if the site is brand new, it will take a while for search engines to pick it up and start indexing pages. We have more information on that here:
