I paid for a personal plan with my paypal account but I still didn't get the plan but it charge

    I paid for a personal plan and it charged my paypal account but I still didn’t get the plan, it’s also not appearing in my manage purchases page! help~ how to contact wordpress.com?

    Thank you so much Strikebuys! I tried to contact WordPress.com directly but it seems I can only contact them if I have a plan so I bought the personal plan again for another $48 (which worked this time) and sent them an email via support. So now, I’ve been charged a total of $96 on my PayPal account. the first for $48 that didn’t work and the second that worked for another $48. I hope they can refund me the first transaction! The first transaction isn’t appearing on my manage purchases page on WordPress.com. I have also tried contacting PayPal about this. (by the way, the blog is mariageleduc.wordpress.com and not the one stated above, that’s my other blog).
