I paid for a premium account – yet I STILL DO NOT HAVE ONE!

  DEAR WORDPRESS STAFF. What I want is very simple. Access to a Premium service – which I HAVE PAID FOR – and I can see clearly where it has been debited from my account, however I do not have access to the service.

  This is THE THIRD time I have reported this problem and not once have I received an acknowledgement of my problem from wordpress. It is not the money, but the principle I am so angry about. Give me my money back, or what I have paid for. ITS SIMPLE
