I paid for a Premium Plan, but It didn’t work

Hello WordPress Support Team,
Today I paid a Premimun Plan with the order number #46568492. I bought it as an upgrade for the site of sanderdufloo.com whose domain is here on WordPress. Somehow everything did not work out, my site did not et upgrade into Premium and I happened to have another site name sanderdufloo544313276.wordpress.com. May I ask how to fix this? How to delete the wordpress site and put the upgrade into my main site sanderdulfloo.com? Thank you very much!

Thanks so much! I think there’s something wrong with the WordPress customer service. I sent to the Help and Contact and it still directs me to the Public Forum Posts. Anyhow I am glad to see your support!

Hi @cinnamonlearns, the issue is that you’re logged into an account that has never had upgrades. But if you’re logged into the account that owns the upgrades, you’ll reach support directly.
Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? Then reach out at https://wordpress.com/help/ or respond here if you prefer.
