I paid for an account but when I look at my profile it says it is a free account

  I paid for an account but it says I have a free account and when I try to add a plug in so I can make my site visible from a google search it says i am not able to add the plug in becuase i have a free account.

  Is there a phone number paid accounts can call for support?

  You don’t need a plugin to make your site visible for Google search engine – https://wordpress.com/support/seo/ and https://wordpress.com/support/site-verification-services/

  Your problems occurs when you bought that plan using another account. To restore access to the account that bought that plan, you must use the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
