I paid for an upgrade and didn’t get it

  I bought an upgrade for my blog. I used Paypal, and after confirming the payment, a message appeared in the WordPress page saying there was an error and the process could not be completed. But I received a mail from Paypal with the detail of the payment, so I checked my bank account and the money was sent! So, where is my upgrade? or else, where is my money??

  Staff has gone walk-about till the 19th, but they are monitoring the forums, so I’ll tag this thread so that they see it.

  Give them a day and I’m sure they will get it straightened out for you.

  I just found the money was saved in some kind of account in WordPress. I didn’t know it. Now I can use it to pay for upgrades, so, the problem is solved.
