  I paid for an upgrade, but am not able to use it. There is a red exclamation mark next to my site URL because my site is self-hosted elsewhere, but I’m trying to transfer it to wordpress.com This is so frustrating because I cannot speak to customer service to walk me through this, even though I did pay for the ‘premium’ upgrade.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks for the suggestions, but when I try to use chat, it sends me here for help. I just get the community help form.

  My purchase shows up in my manage purchases area in my account:

  Maybe I should cancel the upgrade and start over?
