I paid for an upgrade but never got it

    I paid to upgrade my site (javiermirodotes.wordpress.com) to a Personal account, but there was a problem during the transaction via Paypal. An error message popped up and in WordPress it appears as though I never paid for this upgrade. However, in my Paypal account the transaction appears as fulfilled. What can I do? I have opened up a case at Paypal with ID PP-005-652-548-658 to get a refund but still haven’t got any response from WordPress. Is there any way to get in touch with WordPress that’s not through these forums? Please I’d very much like my money back. Thanks.

    We received a report that there was a rare PayPal API 10415 error during your transaction. You are correct, there was a payment received by us by you despite you not receiving the Personal Upgrade.

    What I went ahead and did was add paid credits for the amount of the Personal Bundle for you to purchase for free since you have technically already paid for it.

    Hope this helps. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can close the case with PayPal.

    Many thanks! The issue is now solved (though I added the Personal Bundle to javiermiroes.wordpress.com, which was my original intention, and deleted the other site). I would require an invoice from you for this amount where it says that I actually paid for this upgrade. Would it be possible to get one from you? Thanks again.
