“The Billing History page only shows transactions you made with the account you are logged in with. If you made purchases with a different WordPress.com account, you will have to log in to that account to see the transactions in the Billing History.”
If you’re logged into the correct account and are still missing a transaction, please add modlook tag in the Tags section of the sidebar to get staff attention.

As far as the live chat support, I’m aware that WordPress Premium works with that, the issue is that I’m registered as a free user. Either way yes it was probably a different account. Thank you. I’m reviewing everything now.

Ok I’ve just rechecked the paypal reciept…This is definitely the right account and would be able to give anybody from WordPress the receipt with all of the information. Thank you both for your help.

Hi @objectivelystated, do you have a second username that this could be under, or perhaps you can give us a link to the site that is supposed to have the upgrade?
