I paid for domain but cannot access

I bought a domain through a different account but cannot access it. it keeps directing me to an old account.
The site I need help with is http://www.nine-social.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

That domain does indeed belong to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in as.
