I paid for domain but it does not show.

    I paid for domain but it does not show. the payment for http://www.rachaelmarriott.com came out of my account twice on the 09/11 one was credited back on 12/11.
    It does not show up in the dashboard that I own this domain. can you please help?

    One of my fellow staff members sent this e-mail a few days ago:

    I noticed that you tried to register the domain “rachaelmarriott.com”. It looks like the registration failed due to a technical error, and the domain was not successfully registered.

    When entering your contact information during the registration process, please do not use the “+” sign in your email. This sign is not supported when registering domains.

    We are working on clarifying this in the registration process, but for now I wanted to let you know personally so you can continue with registering this domain.

    I credited your account with the full price you paid for the domain. You made two payments of $18, so I added $18 as credit to your account and refunded the extra $18. You can now register this domain under Store > Domains in your site’s dashboard. Since your account is credited, you won’t have to pay again.
