I paid for my starter plan but I was given the free one.

    I paid on date 21 January for my starter plan.
    Now I have the free one. How come ?
    Please give me the service I paid for.

    Hi there!

    It looks like you upgraded to the Explorer plan and then canceled it. That seems to have removed the prior plan as well.

    Apologies for the confusion. I added the WordPress.com Starter plan back to your site with the original expiry date.
