I paid for Premium with my new site but I keep getting asked to buy Premium and the premium templates are not available to me. What went wrong? $99 was the price I paid.

    Hi there,

It looks like you do indeed have the Premium WordPress.com upgrade applied to your site sittingonmyownsofa.wordpress.com. Please note that the Premium upgrade does not provide access to all of the Premium themes. The themes still require an additional purchase.

These are the benefits which come with WordPress.com Premium:

Hi . Thank you for the answer. I appreciate your help. But I’m still puzzled because my site keeps asking me to purchase Premium. It’s not as though I want any extra features in particular, it’s just that the “buy premium” message is confusing.

As well, I received an email saying that the domain registration had failed. But to me, it looks like it works. The email was from the WordPress team and so I thought it was related to the premium status.

But if everything is fine I will not worry about the upgrade to Premium requests!

    Thank you

I’m sorry, I meant to mention that I didn’t see any suggestion that you purchase the actual Premium upgrade when I took a look in your Dashboard. I *did* see a note suggesting that you look at our Premium themes (which goes back the confusing naming), but that was it.

But you’re right, you’re all set! You can ignore the suggestion either way!
