I paid for premium but it still shows free

I have paid $96 for a premium plan and when I got to launch my website, it shows that I need to pay again. Under my account it is showing a free account and not the premium that was paid 2 weeks ago. How do I contact someone for assistance? Thank you!

What is the address of the WordPress.com website you paid the Premium plan for?

I thought it was dreamboxofalaska.com. Do I have 2 accounts? This has not been easy for me so I apologize for my ignorance.

Annoyingly creating a new free site now just gives you the same address you already have but with umpteen numbers

Hi there @dreamboxofalaska326d2d8554 no worries, you don’t need to start over. Please do the following:
First log out of this account completely and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in If you have access to the email address associated with that other account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.
Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Let us know how that goes. However, just to be on the safe side, I’ve also flagged this thread for Staff attention. Given that it’s a holiday, their reply make take a bit longer than usual. Thanks for your patience.

I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that dreamboxofalaska.com is registered in our system, but under a different username and email. Have you forgotten how to access your other account?
If so, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns dreamboxofalaska.com.
