I paid for redirect and followed instructions but the site does not redirect.

I want to redirect my wordpress.com site (https://chekavichekesho.wordpress.com) to (http://vichekesho.tanzaniasite.com/) and I bought plugin from store and followed instructions. But the site when I try to enter in my wordpress blog it doesnot redirect me to my new domain. On the store page I can see heading “My Domains” then some descriptions says “The main part of your blog URL is its domain. An example of a domain is “wordpress.com”. You can have your blog at any domain you control, such as example.com, or set up a domain to automatically redirect visitors to your blog URL. Read more about it or enter a domain name below and follow the prompts.
Please contact support if you wish to delete a registered domain.” then below that there are two blue buttons says “register new domain” and “map domain name…..”. Below that there is my wordpress blog listed. Please help me to redirect the site

I’m not seeing any upgrades as having been purchased recently by the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. Could you have used a different account?

OMG, after reading your reply I also got a question why I didnt get email that my paypal account was charged. I checked again and noted that my bank account I used has less then required amount as a result it was not successful. Thank you for your fast reply, I will add some money and repurchase again.
