I paid for a site redirect renewal for my website but it is not working.

I paid via paypal and this is a copy of my receipt. I am getting people signing up for the wrong website and losing my visitors from Pinterest which is costing me around 50 site visits/day.

In frustration, I have paid for the redirect again via my credit card IF anyone from WordPress ever looks at this support request, I hope to hear that my redirect will be renewed for another year with no charge.

Hi there,
According to your account logs the upgrade renewal that was started on 23 July was voided before it could complete, meaning we never charged your PayPal account and the upgrade was never renewed. That upgrade was subsequently removed from your account on 31 July when it expired.
The only site redirect upgrade currently on your account and the only recent payment we received from you is the one you bought today.
