I’m not clear if you actually took the required steps to activate your domain after you paid for it, or if you expected this to happen auto magically, which it doesn’t.
In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog.
See here if you do not own a domain http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
See here if you already own a domain and want to map to that domain from your .wordpress.com blog > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

P.S. If you need more help with this then post again and be sure to include the URL for the domain starting with http://

thank you for your answer, but in the store I understand that I have no active subscription on wordpress!

When logged in as Admin go to
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
and
Dashboard > Store > Billing History
What do you see there please? -

It looks like the registration has failed since that name is still showing as available –
Are you logged in as the EXACT account / user that bought the upgrade?
You can try registering the name again if you want, the staff have a good record of making sure you only pay for what you actually get in case there is a double charge
This thread has been flagged for the staff to help. they will probably send you an email to get the PayPal transaction number so they can chase down what happened

Well, I paid with my girlfriend’s Paypal account (with her agreement) so the e-mail address from which I paid is not the same e-mail address that I have here, I don’t know if this could have been the problem.
On the Paypal receipt everything is right but, since I don’t have the domain, my girlfriend decided to open a notification. -
so the e-mail address from which I paid is not the same e-mail address that I have here
Well, yeah it’s the problem. All your wre required to provide to register a username account here was an email address which became your unique identifier. http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/

Staff will help you when they finish helping the others whose threads were tagged for their attention before this one.

When you bought the upgrade were you logged into your girlfriends account and is she a user (Admin) on your account / blog you are posting in this thread from?
I ask about a different account being used because that might be part of the issue finding where the charges are shown

Hi there,
It looks like there was an error with Paypal and that your domain did indeed never get registered. A receipt was generated by Paypal, but no funds should have been removed from your (or your girlfriend’s) account. If you would like, you can purchase your domain again at any time.
Apologies for the inconvenience!

Hi! I bought the domain with my own account and everything went good but the money from my girlfriend’s account has been taken so I want to know how she can be refunded.
-
I see a failed transaction, which may have been your girlfriend’s attempt to purchase the domain under your account. For that first attempt, no funds were ever transferred so you would not have been charged.
If she attempted to purchase the domain registration under a different account and the purchase was successful, she will need to post in this thread from that account so we can investigate this further and issue a refund if necessary.

She hasn’t a wordpress account from which she can log in so I did everything from my account using her Paypal account just for the payment but I can send you the number of the transaction so you can check, thanks!!
