I paid for the domain, WP charged twice and the page is not working.

    The ORG on my blog isfbrazil.org was expiring on august 26 2011, so in august 25 i renewel the .org domain.
    On august 26, the creditcard company send me a message telling me it was accept and charged 2 domains in WordPress.
    But i only renew it for year, and it was charged twice.

    And, i enter on my url http://www.isfbrazil.org and it says: NOTICE: This domain name expired on 08/26/2011.

    So i wonder if someone knows if that’s a regular thing on wordpress or am i the only one who suffer this inconvenience?

    Please, can somebody help me? How should i proceed?

    I suggest dnagrupo to contact staff first. ONLY in the unlikely event staff does not cooperate can dnagrupo contact his or her credit card company.

    Contacting both companies at the same time will not only be a waste of resources, but can also result in your credit card company flagging you as a customer who unnecessarily disputes purchases.
