I paid for the "No Ads" upgrade, and ads are still showing
-
I paid the $99 upgrade for no ads, and I just realized that WordPress is showing ads to my visitors. They don’t show up when I am viewing my own blogs, but they do whenever someone else visits my blog. I am EXTREMELY mad about this misrepresentation of service. Contact me immediately. I don’t see any ads at http://vitalityisdelicious.wordpress.com/
If you see the ad again, please make a screenshot and upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard so we can take a look?
Here’s how to make a screenshot:
Please note that it’s possible for ads to appear in your browser that were *not* placed there by WordPress.com. These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads:

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for your reply, and sorry for the confusion- but I am referring to my “The Mommy Illuminati” blog, here is an example- it is at the bottom:
http://themommyilluminati.wordpress.com/2014/04/04/mired-in-gyres-signs-of-a-throw-away-culture/
The thing is, the ads don’t show on my view directly- but I do see an outline of a box where they ads show up to others with the following words inside:
“Occasionally, some of your visitors may see an advertisement here.
Tell me more | Dismiss this message”and another prompt that says, “about these ads.” I also see in my stats page that occasionally people are clicking on ad links that are not visible to me.
My husband made a screen shot, and I will figure out how to send it to WordPress. The ads don’t look like they are malware- since there is an explanation that the ads to support WordPress. I don’t know if this is a complete oversight by WordPress- but it seems very sneaky, and I am being cheated.

At the time of your support request, http://vitalityisdelicious.wordpress.com/ was the only blog with a No-Ads upgrade.
It appears that since then, you purchased one for http://themommyilluminati.wordpress.com/
Are you still seeing ads at http://themommyilluminati.wordpress.com/ ?

I think the problem was that I did purchase the upgrade for the new blog, “Vitality is Delicious,” but I have not done much with that one yet. But I do work with the other frequently, and whenever I checked- it showed it as having the upgrade, even though it apparently did not. So, I purchased it over the weekend.
I do not know if it shows ads or not, since they are not shown to be anyway on either site. I would have to have someone else check it.
